A: Currently, we are shipping our products from our Headquarters in India. However, we are working on expanding future shipments from our USA location to Reduce Shipping Time.

Ques: Can I ship the products to an address that is different from my billing address?

A: We dispatch all of our orders within 72 hours of receiving the order. We deliver the products throughout the world using our logistic partners DHL in  5-10 working days as per customer geography location.

Q2: How can I track my order?

A: To track your order, visit our "Track Order" section. You can use the tracking number provided in the email after dispatch, or use your order number along with your email to track your order 24 hours after dispatch.

Awaiting Fullfillment: This means Currently your Order Items not fullfilled by dispatch Team.

Fulfilled: It Represent Your Order Items are fullfilled by Dispatch Team and Deliver to Logistic Partner and Tracking Id Shared on Respective Email ID. All Delivery Details Start Displaying after Logistic Partner Start Delivery of Order.

Q6: Tracking ID Shared but No Details of Delivery Displayed in Tracking Portal?

All Delivery Details Start Displaying after 24 Hours of Dispatching, Please wait and refresh after 18-24 hours after receiving Tracking ID Details.

Q7: How to Track Order or View Delivery Status in DHL Portal?

Please Follow Steps to View your Order Delivery Status:

• Step 1 -> Open DHL: Open DHL Portal using Web Address: https://www.dhl.com/us-en/home/tracking.html

 

• Step 2 -> Add Tracking ID : Now Add Your Shared Tracking ID by Vedaoils in Track & Trace Section and Click on Track Button.

 

• Step 3-> View Shipping Status: Click on Track Option to view Live Delivery Status By Logistic Partner
